I have purchase a set of the new quiet propeller blades i have notice when you put them on the quick connect the blades seem to be sloppy and its making a cut in three places on each propeller  bladed  where the spring On the bottom dont like that going back to the original blades i have the phantom 4 They seem to be not that quiet and yes i did purchase from DJI

Are you using the old P4 leaf spring mounts or the P4P coil spring mounts?
Maybe you need to update...

A small amount of movement is normal, as long as they are locked into place and have to be pressed down to unlock them then there should be no problem.

1/4 inch is a bit much, I would expect them to come off with that much but maybe I don't understand.  0.25 cm at the tip I think is normal.

A picture of the cuts would be good to see.
