HI everyone,

My Mavic Air Controller was fine this afternoon. Then a firmware update was required. During the firmware update I pressed the Fn button by mistake and the remote let out a long beep and shut off. Now it won't turn on except when I have it plugged into a power source. I have tried with DJI Assitant 2 to reset the firware and it seems to work because there are various flashes seen and beeps heard. But as soon as it is away from a power source it shuts down as if it is out of batteries or as if there is no battery in ithe remote.
