My Phantom 4 pro + has a 1.4.10 Controller version , which seems to be the only one available right now (at least is the only option I have). I can't download off-line maps, I click on it and nothing happens. I already tried to do a factory reset but got no luck. Can you please help me?

This is a known issue. I have the same problem and haven't seen any mention of a fix yet.

May I know what offline maps are you trying to download? Is it the HERE maps or the Amaps?

May I know what is the app version of the app? The newest app version of the Phantom 4 Pro RC plus should be 4.2.16, if, on your end, it's APP version is 4.2.6, please upgrade it to the last. You just have to connect the remote to your local wi-fi then the top bar will tell you if there's an update.

Thank you. Since you already reset the factory settings and there are no updates showing on the screen, I highly suggest to send it to our repair facility to have a checkup. There might be some software malfunction that causes this problem. May I know where are you located?

Cara vc sabe baixar o mapa da área que vc vai voar né ? Tipo pra quando vc estiver offline poder visualizar ele sem depender da internet.

O problema que nao da a opcao de baixar. Se vc ver o video vai perceber quee eu clico r nao acontece nada

Sim mas não precisa ser ali, basta estar conectado na internet e visualizar pela tela do controle o mapa da área aonde vc vai voar, com vários níveis de zoom entendeu, que todo o mapa dessa área que você abrir será salvo automaticamente. Quando você estiver offline vai poder usá-lo, as imagens são salvas em cachê.

realmente nao funcionou, eu uso bastante  a parte do mapa de satelite, liguei a net e depois desliguei e nao carregou.
Antigamente eu clicava la no mapa e baixava o Brasil todo, agora lascou tudo

As good as that built in screen may be, the + system seems very limiting to the end user...

Eu consegui,
Achei na Net uma versao anterior do Radio

baixei esta versao, coloquei no micro SD e fiz o downgrade para a versao 01.02.01.00 e os mapas voltaram a funcionar.

Como teste eu atualizei tudo e acabou ficando na versao 01.04.01 e realmente esta versao existem BUGS pra nao deixar clicar no Offline Maps. Agora estou voltando com a versao anterior .

Work with Phantom is my Job, I cant send you the RC. But Finally I found a downgrade version

Opa vi agora, cara não tenho face, legal sua empresa.
Então não funcionou como expliquei ? Aqui dá certo, faço isso direto de guardar em cachê pra depois usar offline, mas sem dúvida a opção de poder baixar direto um mapa completo é bem superior.
Pelo que você descreveu parece ser de fato um bug das versões mais recentes do firmware.

tem um video na net do Toms Tech mostrando como funciona o Cache map, a unica opção que menciona Map aki no Plus é para limpar o flight routes. abração

Cara não vai em tudo que vc achou como se fosse só aquilo que existe, se postei é porque tenho certeza do que disse, tenho usado como descrevi há alguns meses com sucesso, basta abrir e navegar no mapa que salva automaticamente pra quando você quiser abrir offline, aliás dá uma pesquisada aqui no fórum que você vai achar umas trocentas vezes essa mesma informação, como aqui:

É realmente este preciso testar.
Agora tenho o problema de gimbal vibrando. e isso esta afetando as filmagens! Tem a Floripa drones que arruma isso, porem sou de SP! Eles moxem na firmware do drone tirando a "carga" excessiva do motor do gimbal

My p4p+ does this also. My self unlock refresh does not work, and I have no maps. I have reinstalled the firmware on the controller, and it seems to have fixed my camera aiming left slightly.
But I cannot self unlock, it refreshes but nothing happens.
Also I have no maps. The main home page button does nothing. Whether online or offline.
