Hi guys,

I got the plus obsidian just a week ago.
Why it doesn't take photos?
No issue with video recording and the first days there was no issue with the photos too but the last few days it doesn't take photos.
The focus works though.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Are you changing the setting from video to photo?  Give the manual a good study.

Please try to reset the settings of the camera to factory defaults. Make sure to fully charge the remote controller and the aircraft and then try again. Kindly check the attachment below.
