I just got my Ronin M and noticed this issue right away. I have used a regular ronin alot so I am familliar with it and knew something wasn't right. When I put the Ronin M into Briefcase mode the tilt doesn't go up. It tilts down, but when I tilt it up, it locks with where I point it. Same issue with smooth track on. Please help!
