Hi guys, I haven't used my mavic pro for more than 2 months. After 2 months when I finally turned on my mavic it asked for update. When I did the update my sensors stopped working. Even when tried to calibrate on PC I got only grey screen on status. Mavic is ok no crash. Any idea what can be wrong?

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. Do you have an error message on the APP? If yes, can you please provide a screenshot?  Grey status on the APP means that the mobile device or tablet is not connected. May I know what is the mobile device and DJI Go 4 app version that you are using?
