I kind of doubt that!
My problem Spark did that (a bit different, but kind of the same) on minimum 2 RC fw. versions, not even the latest installed
And on .600, .701, .900 Spark fw.
I have the jumping problems when starting not when trying to land.
i just tweaked the DJI parameters to see what happens...Fortunately mine began to land a bit smoothly even though it does jump a bit...Anyway i have given it for service ...Let's see what they come up with ..
irony is there is no indication of a downward sensor or front obstacle sensor failure in the DJI GO 4 app yet .it simply doesn't do the sensing !!

Today I flew again. I made three short flights and then tried again an hour later. This time I had the jumping again.
In between the successful flights and the jumping I left my Spark and the RC lying in the sunshine. Could it be that it was to hot for them?
Ok everyone.
Very interesting feedback from DJI authorized service center. They have never seen such a case . They are unable to fix the issue even after 1 week of flight test and calibration . They received some DJI headquarters but the problem remain .
I have the same take off issue with my spark.
The damn spark thinks it's a frog and keeps on jumping during take off.
Could this be a case of bad VPS?
My tello is more stable to fly compared to my spark.

something to do the with latest firmware update....The software is not correcting the problem...I think DJI knows about the issue...No sensor malfunction is showing in the diagnostic screen on Go4 app...DJI authorized Service centers say they have never seen such a error.
I just had this identical issue and as a last effort I ordered a new set of propellers and the problem went away immediately! I then tried the original props and the problem came right back. I did this back and forth over 10 times with consistent results. The only thing I noticed about the old props compared to the new ones is they were more flexible near the ends and lost their rigidity. Please let me know if this works for anyone else.

Hi all.
In my latest flight, the drone was jumping up and down when it was below 2/3 meters. Once it even fell straight to the ground at full speed, luckily it wasn’t high and no damage was done.
What’s going on??? It flies ok when I lift it up like 5/10 meters and higher.
Im having the exact same problem Alex. Once up 5-10m flys fine. Did you ever figure out what was going on?
