Good afternoon,

I'm a proud  new owner of a Mavic Pro.  I can't download 4G videos to my iPad or computer running windows 10.  Help!

Hello there, thanks for your response. However, I do apologize but you can't download a 4K video to your iPad. For computer, you may just use your SD card to copy or transfer the 4k video file to your computer.

What is 4G?

The simplest way is to "eject" the SD card and use a card reader/usb plug and attach that plug into the PC, and it will show up as a "removable disk" then copy the files from the SD card to your hard drive. Good luck

Take Flybee's advise on downloading your 4K videos to the PC . That is the best way of getting your videos.

Hi, thanks for the response. I would like to ask if you manage to use the SD card reader and use the sd card as well? Ensure that the computer should be a 4k capability to download the 4k video so that it will not going to downgrade the video resolution. Please keep us posted.

Why the best? what about 'Sync for DJI' app? I'm using it all time after landing. This app works with all file types like 4k or H.265, RAW
