I hope a DJI admin can help, but i have had my Goggles for a couple of months now, but the icon does not show in my profile.  I did the Assistant with them, signed on to my account, and here it is a couple of months later, and no icon.  Can you help?

Have you synced your flight records? I remember Dji Thor asking me that question and the next day boom, my goggles Avatar.

As a matter of fact, yeap!  Actually do it every time I fly.  Upload that to the Dji Cloud, and download my flight records to my computer.  I see other folks have it on their avatar,  just can't seem to make mine work.  Being rain coming in today, I just may try doing everything again on the Assistant.  So if it appear, you know I got it fixed.  Till then, Happy Flying!!

Still same issue and the goggles are attached right now.  Osmo showed up immediately, but goggles, nope!!

Yeap, mine still not there.  Admin asked me for my email addy, sent that to them, and still nothing.

Mine disappeared....had a problem when I first got them then it appeared with help from DJI Thor...now it’s gone again....my ego is crushed

Yes, my new RE goggles are not showing up on my profile either. I activated them using my same email account.
