Just bought a new Fly more spark combo from consumer electronics. I can not get my phone to log into the bird. Keeps coming up with unable to log in, even though the password is correct it keeps saying it can not log into spark then a series of letters and numbers that do not match the spark number on the bottom of the drone. I also tried going through the snaing of the bar code off the box which then comes up with the correct number from the bird but also comes up with can not log on. Seems like this bord has a different CPU in it than what the box and underside say. Any thoughts? My phone's internet connection is fine also.

Hi there, sorry for the inconvenience. May I know what mobile device and DJI Go 4 app you are using? Please provide your serial number via PM so that I can check it on my end. If it is convenient for you, kindly provide a short video showing the issue and upload it by using google-drive or Dropbox and provide the link here. Thanks for your support.

If you are using Android 8, you probably have to confirm you are connecting to a no-internett WiFi network. This is an Android message which comes up quick and is easy put away. After confirming Go 4 connects (At least it was like this on my Android 8 Sony Xperia XZ1. But im using OTG now :-))

OK so it says nothing in the instructions about the controller having it's own wifi password. That was the problem. I was using the drone password. It says to have both on during setup and login but does not say Hey by the way,  the password that we tell you to use is only if you do not have a controller.  So waiting now for everything to be charged again. Already did the firmware update. Looking forward to less BS this time around. I have many other drones including a Phantom and an Air but I never had a problem setting those up. Thanks to everyone who responded.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience that it caused. Yes, the Spark RC itself has its own Wi-Fi name and password, it's located at the back of the RC as well. Glad that it seems like the issue has been sorted now. Please keep us posted in any case you need our help. Thank you.
