Hi FlyingFish,I'm unsure and just taking a guess here, but based on my understanding of the US' FAA (and hoping that the terminology is similar in Italy) the Frame Number is the identifier/serial number the aircraft displays on a visible portion of the airframe. For instance, on an airplane the FN would be displayed on the tail. Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS/sUAS aka drones) are supposed to display the number somewhere easily visible on the craft, but this may have changed with the US Remote ID becoming a requirement.
Again, I am going off recollection and I'm not 100% on this. Can anyone in the USA confirm if I've got it right, or clarify/correct if I'm wrong?
