Hi, I just tried to update the Firmware of my Spark RC using DJIGo4 App. Update didn’t complete. Now RC doesn’t come up in WiFi anymore and no chance to connect to Spark. When turned on, red LED keeps on flashing on the RC. Any chance I can factory reset the RC and try the FW update again?

Our apologies for the inconvenience. Can you provide what is the mobile device and DJI Go 4 app version that you are using? We cannot factory reset the remote  and you can only update it thru the APP. Did you try to update the RC using a different phone or internet connection? Kindly put your phone into airplane mode and then try to connect again. You can also try to uninstall the APP but make sure to back up your files and sync your flight records before you uninstall it.
