Hi All

I'm new to drones and have a Phantom 3 Standard, which I managed to crash into the branches of a tree. On first look the drone seems to be relatively unscathed, BUT before I fly it again I would like to be reasonably sure it's safe and would not fly off, never to be seen again.
So my question is how do I test the drone systems before it's next flight.
Any suggestions would be greatfuly received

Take it out about 250 ft and see it RTH still works.  I would calibrate IMU first.
