Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Regarding with your concern, if you want to have the warranty as long as the battery still within the warranty and you can ask the first owner any proof of purchase you can process it to the facility and send it in. However, I have some suggestion that you can give a try. Try to discharge the battery until 5% then charge it until fully then give a try and check if the issue still persists. |
