I just got an x5 and upgraded my osmo x3 to x5 yesterday. Everything works fine after the latest firmware update for the x5. I also had to reinstall the dji go app. Everything seems to work fine but somwehow I cant select the slow motion. It only has Auto for selection. I used to select that slow motion in x3. Where is it now? Please help.
Thank you for providing the screenshots. As per our engineers, there should be also a slow motion for X5. Did you try to use a different mobile device? Can you try to reinstall the app again?
I’m still using the same iphone 6+ latest iOS version 11.4.1. I have also deleted the DJI Go App, turned off my mobile completely then reinstalled the app again, twice. But the issue is still there. However, if I remove the x5 adaptor and put x3 camera back on the osmo, I can see that slow motion.
So not sure if something wrong with my new X5 hardware or not. One thing I notice is that I had “Focus Not Connect” error during the firmware update for osmo pro.

Thank you for providing this. We will forward this to our engineers and check if this will be fixed.
I’ve been advised by Dji support and by some others that this slow motion is not available on x5, only on x3. The best we can do is 60fps in 1080p. So nothing wrong with it, but it’s suck that it’s not available. You would have thought x5 is much better than x3, but somehow Dji decided that it’s just too much to ask for from x5. There you go.
