I am a novice with Spark

I am able to take pbotos and videos with the camera and they ARE available to view in the DJI app and edit etc

I used to be able to see same in my photo gallery in my samsung S6

Now i am unable to see photos on the phone gallery although i CAN see videos. I can still see previous photos taken but not todays pics

What have i changed? Is this a setting issue?
On the phone or in tha DJI go fly app?

I have exactly the same issue on my iPhone 7 it seems like photos are no longer cached to phone after latest DJI Go 4 version 4.3.0 was installed

HI, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Do you have an Android phone that we may use to download the app and then for us to isolate the issue? Thank you.

Unfortunately I don’t have an Android device.I have reinstalled app on my iPhone and also tried it on my iPad 4 mini. This problem arose after updating to the latest version  of DJI GO  4  three days ago.

Hi, kindly refer to the photo below. Tap the playback button and look for the photos that you took and download it.

Yes that will work if you are connected to  Spark but my point is that all photos were originally stored on phone  as you took them meaning you could view them  all in the editor when Spark was offline!

No today images on my gallery too. ? Whats happened dji?

In my case they does not appear at dji go 4 editor-album-photos

Just updated app and the cached photo’s are working again
