I was trying to get an infinity shot with a 6D mkii mounted (total payload 4.11 lbs). It started strugling with the camera turning and then it smashed it! I balanced it correctly, auto tuned the motors and calibrated the gimbal before using... please help!

Tried with another lens?
Are you running the latest firmware?
Have you done a joystick calibration?

that lens is the one I need to shoot with.
I actually downgraded the firmware and it got a little better, still shakes but not as intensely
how do I perform a joystick calibration?

Tap the trigger 4 times, and hold on the 4th tap. All 3 mode lights should blink, then move the joystick multiple times all over the place.
Tap 4 times and hold on the 4th tap to finish calibration.

Hi Agustinmgc, sorry for the difficulties on running Ronin-S, may I know if the issue persists after the joystick calibration? Did you try the system calibration?
