My settings in the DJI Pilot will not allow me to change from RAW + JPG to just RAW nor from 4:3 ratio to 16:9.  Any idea why?

Yes.  Now, I don't have the App attached to the quadcopter at the time.  Is that the issue?

Take off the props, turn everything on connected, and try again.
