Spark arrived 8th july. Straight away problems gimbal juddered. after one flight, decided to not fly again

16th August repaired drone arrived but not mine. I always using a UV pen, write my postcode on drone

On arrival of my replacement spark
  The Noise of one of the motors was wrong, also landing sencor error occured. contacted DJI after 6 calls a supervisor contacted myself gave me a case no. Send it back..

I have only flown the spark 5 hours since i bought it. I dont crash drones

i also sent in by mistake a spark battery.i contacted DJI regards my mistake. Surely the weight on the package would verify . Yes it was my mistake

I did purchase dji refresh. But through no fault of mine I ended up with a
1 = faulty new spark
2= faulty repair or damage in transit

Hi My 2nd spark is still in transit back to Netherlands for repair or replace.  The spark has 5 hours flight time.

I am an experienced flyer
My phantom is still very good. As for the Mavik 2 lovely bit of kit with Hasleblad sensor.  But have not got a lot of confidence in DJI at the moment

I received confirmation regards a repair to my spark.  

In total 5 hours flight time.

Once again I find myself emailing DJI regards a repair. The replacement drone sent back to myself 15th August 2018.

The replacement spark  was faulty as your technitions confirmed.

(Motor & sensor) The spark has had 2 repairs due to faulty parts.
  Not flown since repair.

Spark no 3 will be sent out within 3 days... the spark has had 5 hours flight time. Never crashed !!!

My concerns are, my original spark
Was sent with a battery.. I have brought this to DJI attention on all my correspondence..

I have received an invoice stating motor damage. yet again. but no mention of my battery.

All I have wanted was a replacement spark battery included
  That actually flys true..

Am I asking to much.
