yes, I believe LIO also said Zurich. maybe you can write him, not sure whether he is still in this thread.  one thing you may consider is to pick it up here in zurich, provided the plane in fact lands in zurich.  so you have it for your vacation.  but that's a 3 hours drive though...one way.

Just kept checking DHL tracking which showed with the courier for delivery, no time slot with DHL

but when a look at this, "departed" does not mean it is on the plane, there still is point 5 to 7......and still not on the plane it seems......

Thanks - got rid of the P3 Adv last year - not sure how to update equipment avatars? Luv the Osmo mobile and now have Pro version I bought in mint condition

Last time I received a parcel from DJI via DHL, it went over Leipzig, and not directly via Zurich.

It was actually the exact same scenario: Tracking code received on Thursday morning, delivered Monday.

Hi, I received the tracking number yesterday but the status changed to "Departed Facility in SHENZHEN" at SAME HOUR than your package. So, our drones are together in the plane.

My tracking don't say the estimated delivery (I'm in Spain), but I hope that this could be also on Monday

This is the number I have been calling as well. However I chose to go through to an operator rather than inputting my tracking number. So just did this now and it put me straight through to an operator who told me that my parcel is somewhere in the UK  

I really feel like I am int a Monty Python sketch at the moment where DHL are concerned. YOu couldn't make it up.

I'm not usually a jealous person but I am today.  I'd love to get the M2P but being that I'm retired I don't have much funny money anymore and the MPP I do have was a big purchase for me.   But I can still dream.

Other people might have said the same thing when you bought the MPP ;)

Duuncan, is your tracking still saying its in Shenzen? I was told this morning mine is in East Midlands but the tracking details still havent updated since Monday.

I just spoke to someone at DHL about this, he told me that the pallet is in East Midlands waiting to be processed, once processed the parcels will go to the local depots and that it should delivered to my house tomorrow, so hopefully this is true!

That pallet seems to have been sitting in East Midlands all day. That explains why the tracking hasnt updated. We will just have to continue waiting.

I know others have already done this, but mines still in this state, so I’ve contacted DHL and had an investigation opened! Really not happy :-(

Update for those who's shipment is "stuck" on Monday at 20:15.

DHL have just informed me that without parcel weight, packaging material and description of theexterior of the package they cannot trace mine and I am to contact DJI so they can chase it up.

It appears that this consignment has dropped off their tracking system.

Well, not that bad. 2-7 business days after payment confirmed sounds good. My payment has been confirmed yesterday, and I need the drone before the 15th, so I hope it will arrive on time!

Mine is in this position too, money taken, dji care refresh has started and still no drone. I need this sorting quickly as I go to Scotland to film in a few days and was hoping to use the new drone - any idea how we contact DJI to raise an investigation?

Since launch of the M2s it usually took about 24 hours for final customs clearance at the UK Midlands.

I ordered on the 28th and it shipped on the 29th.  FedEx has it now and is in Transit.  The expected delivery here in the US is Sept 5.

People.......... We have movement !!!!!!!!! Ok, ok. I need to keep calm. I also now need to see if I can somehow work from home tomorrow. Need to see if I can come up with a damn good excuse, one that I haven't used already. Also need a new keyboard as my F5 key is now non existant.

Excellent news - congrats - wasn't able to get mine out for Sunset - the weather was poor and family - out early Friday for Sun Rise - took longer than expected setting up MP2 Pro -
All please make sure you re-calibrate Gimbal and more importantly IMU, not too mention Firmware for Drone & Controller.
I use DJI Assistant but you need to download the latest version V2 to update Mavic 2 - just trying to help
