Mines celebrating its third day stuck on "Payment Authorised" and not shipped.  Not impressed!

I think my order has exactly the same issues!  

Ordered at 19:30 on day of announcement, Mavic 2 pro to the UK with flymore and care refresh, paid via paypal.

Paypal shows the transaction in the but the money hasn't left the bank yet...

Is there any more information we can get on this at all?!

During this past weekend my payment status was "Authorized", but now is "Confirmed". If I access to web via mobile I see some more information, like the carrier is DHL.

Thanks for the reply, I have never had issues with pyapal before so this just seemed a little strange.  Hopefully today I will get a change in the payment status.  Once I know it is being shipped I can relax slightly!

I don't know how many time can take the process between "Payment confirmed" and "Shipped". I hope not more that 24 hours, knowing that all drones comes from Shenzhen. You will get sooner because I think that the route is Shenzhen - UK - Europe and finally Spain (where I'm)

I'm in the same status. Payment confirmed and DHL through mobile site. I ordered during the live event. Hoping to receive it by Friday as I'm travelling for two weeks on Saturday. Not looking likely but DJI ensured me I would receive it by Friday. Fingers crossed!

Paypal is shown completed, the money has gone.
But DJI is still showing just "Payment Authorized" and isn't moving to "Payment Completed" and hasn't moved in 3, nearly 4 days now.

It seems odd orders places way later are getting shipped yet this payment never completes.  It does hint at a problem.

My payment was confirmed before the live show ended and it still hasn't shipped. I'm in Europe and the delivery estimate is 3-5 days.

I finally got a chatbot on facebook who said payment was confirmed on 24th August but:

"Actually, the items in your order are currently out of stock. The estimate delivery would be 3 - 5 business days."

Odd given people who ordered substantially later have theirs shipped.

Looks like that DHL UK is enjoying their Holiday... ;( so have to wait a day more ;(

A person says me that some orders are not shipped due to accent marks in direction or customer name. Could be this possible?

DHL Express needs a signature and will send it back after 7 days.

I guess it will be shipped today LATE or tomorrow very early. Therefore Tuesday is still realistic.
And remember it was planned to be with you monday! Cross fingers ;)

Call DHL Express and ask if Uk is shipping today ;)

I'm in similar situation. I'm leaving for holidays on Saturday for two weeks. I placed the order during the live show and it still hasn't shipped. At least you already have your tracking number so it's possible to arrive before Thursday.

When did you order?  Mine was  00:30 on 24hrs (so some 9 hours after launch event).
I just got told today by them "Out of Stock".  Is your payment showing as authorized or completed?

Where did you hear "out of stock"? On their website it still shows estimated delivery 3-5 days...

I contacted a facebook chatbot a few hours ago to query why near 4 days from payment authorized nothing had happened.

Actually, the items in your order are currently out of stock. The estimate delivery would be 3 - 5 business days.

The bot also couldn't understand my question, i asked if its out of stock when do they expect to get new stock in order to ship.  Just kept repeated "3 to 5 business days" which is obviously impossible to actually fulfil.

Fairly worthless conversation.

FedEx just changed the delivery from Tuesday before 1030a to Monday before 1030a, I should have it in my hands in 2 hours or less. Looks like I'll be "working from home" today!!

Thanks, I got the M2P bc the Zoom's camera simply isn't as good as the M2P. I make prints so the stronger camera will make a big difference for the work I do. I can't wait to compare AEB HDR merge on the M2P compared to the shots I used to get on the original MP. Super psyched and curious

My package has arrived at my local Fedex distributor hub.. only to go BACK to Memphis overnight!

Mine said the same thing, I don't think that's accurate. It said it was in my local city distributor, then said it was back in Memphis, then a few hours later it was back at my local distributor, then 2 hours later (now) it was delivered. I think the Memphis message has something to do with import checks, not the actual package being there.
