QUESTION: DJI - Can you confirm whether or not the DJI GO 4 app allows the Mavic 2 Pro or Mavic 2 Zoom camera to record a lower-resolution photo (less than full 20 MP) WHILE recording video in 4K mode WITHOUT stopping the video recording as is currently possible using the DJI Phantom 4 Pro?
Hi, thanks for reaching DJI Forum. Again, it's a no. The app will not allow you to take photos while recording video regardless if it's in lower resolution. Thank you.
