I'm having trouble finding an app that allows my Phantom 3 to follow a Android device. I don't have any kind of Apple device. I use an Android device for the controller's display. Can someone tell me if there's an app out there for this?

Nope. There isn't for either android or apple

There is no such feature on the Android or Apple DJI Pilot App.

That does not mean it will not become available at some point though.

Your mobile will have GPS so I am sure if the SDK has access to GPS functions apps will be developed if not by DJI then 3rd parties.
