Im an android user, this is an open refusal to adhere to social norms I dont care if they are great, I firmly believe that Steve Jobs is in fact the Devil.
Ive been through the wringer with some samsung products, treated them poorly and they always work in the end. I am currently using a Galaxy Tab S2 and its nearing the end of its product life (for me) I bought it at a very steep discount when they came out. I plan to continue using it for the forseeable future although it is starting to show its age and doesnt really keep up with the DJI products that have come out lately (Zoom 2 is my new rig). I am considering the cost of an upgrade to a CrystalSky monitor to fly my Zoom with, the Spark will remain on my Galaxy s9+, which is a very robust phone for running a Spark, but comes up short with all the features of the Zoom and could be put to better use as a camera rather than a flight monitor.
The real question is whether I should upgrade to CrystalSky or if there is another better or comparable option out there in the same price range (that isnt a tablet, period) but rather a dedicated flight monitor that has some if not all of the features of a CrystalSky and is dedicated to one use, flying a drone.
A tablet is a swiss army knife, it does tons of stuff, poorly. I need a Ka-Bar, a knife with a singular purpose.
