Is there any way to get the HD version of a QuickShot video off of the Spark or from the DJI Go app?  I have downloaded the full video from the DJI Go app while connected to the drone and it says "Both unedited footage and generated QuickShot videos wil be saved simultaneously".  After the download I have two MP4 videos on my phone.  One is the full video (no sound, no effects, not sped up) and the other is a 10 second "video" that has no picture at all - only a black screen with the sound from the original QuickShot video.

How do I get the full HD version of the QuickShot video with sound?

I think there must be something wrong with the app.  I also tried sharing the video to Facebook directly from the DJI Go app.  What this does is post a link to a SkyPixel video.  When I looked at that video it also had no picture - only the background music.  Is there a bug with the DJI Go 4.2.24 app?  I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S8+ if that makes any difference.
