Anyone else encountering this issue? When the camera app is open then I turn on the gimbal, it makes this weird vibration and grind noises.

Hi. Thank you for reaching DJI Forum and we apologize for the inconvenience. Did you try to calibrate the gimbal? Is there a possibility that you can send a video showing the problem?

i am having the same problem.

on power on strange noise on the Z aixis motor, and the when i move the phone up and down it does not move

When I put it on it is swinging every where .and the light blingking yellow

The same happens to me.   It emits that "grinding" sound.  It seems that it could be hurting the motor.

I use a Samsung Galaxy Note 8.

Normally it works well, but sometimes it emits that sound.
