trying to check DJI care refresh 'remaining coverage amount' at the link below results in "too many redirections"

The online support comes up with the same error.

(Im trying to contact them to see why, after 3 days, my order is still just "Payment Authorised" and hasn't moved!)

Same thing for me, all day.  Internet Explorer, Edge, and Chrome.  ...all the same.  Just keeps saying too many redirects.    https://repair.dji.com/en/support/RepairTrace?from=dji_repair

Try clearing your cookies.

Hi gnirtS, sorry to read on this, I managed to get your order number via your Forum account and it is Mavic 2 Pro and Mavic 2 Fly More Kit, the payment status is normal and the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after the payment confirmation, please wait patiently, thank you.

Thats my question, my payment status appears stuck on "Payment Authorized" and hasn't moved to "Payment Completion" in 3.5 days now.

My previous DJI orders went to "Payment Completion" and then moved to shipping.

So my question is, is there some sort of problem for it to be stuck on just "Authorized" for so many days and hasn't moved to completion?
