Is there a way to have the trigger lock function to be programed into one of the three channel functions ?
I ask because I want to have a two handed bar setup and would like to have the camera fixed on a subject without having to hold the damn button the entire time...

Can't test it right now, but try that: Disable Smoothtrack for Roll, Tilt, and Pan in the desired user mode. This should mimic the trigger.
