I was given this drone I've never owned a DJI drone and this is the state it was in when I got it. So I don't know what to do.
I've tried a firmware update but just get the continous beep and the log file says the update failed.
Here is a video of what happens when I turn on the AC and the RC.

Please any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience and trouble caused. Can you please try to format your micro SD card via computer? After that please try to download and update firmware again. Thank you.

I have formatted my sd card and tried to update the firmware to version 1.11.20 but each time it fails and giving me the constant beeping. I check the text file on the sd card and the message says the firmware update failed and it could be a corrupted file, but I only have one place to download the bin file.

I tried a different Micro SD card but got the exact same result as the other card.

I can't calibrate the aircraft because I can't get the DJI Go app to connect to the aircraft.
The app only show the "How to Connect" button.
I've tried 3 different devices running 3 different versions of iOS

iPhone 8+ -> v11.4.1
iPhone 5c -> v10.3.3
iPad 2 -> v8.0

I've also tried multiple usb cables nothing is working.

When I turn the drone on I get the solid green light on the gimbal but the gimbal beeps DD--DD--DD
Also the light next to the RC Link button is on and red.
I've tried the steps to relink the controller to the aircraft several times but the light on the controller never goes to solid green it just flashes red & green as does the aircraft on the side.

I can post another video showing the relink process if needed.
What are my options at this point can I send the drone into DJI?

Reformat your card, try updating again, then relink the controller.

I've reformatted two different cards. On both cards I tried updating and relinking several times none of this makes a difference. I get the exact same results each time.

I see. If that's the case, we highly suggest to send it to our repair center and have it check. You may start up a case online: repair.dji.com
