Without this forum I don't know what I would do.
Calling DJI they haven't a clue.
Amazing from a company supplying this level of product they cant supply adequate service.

Anyway, I updated to the PRORES RAW a few days back. All is fine except no matter what I do there is no PRO RES RAW HQ option for me.
I change the frame rate to every single one but still says "Not Recording." I understand from other posts it should be available in 24p.

I've got all firmware updated on everything.

When I call DJI they tell me to select 422 HQ and that will solve the problem. I tell them that is not the same as RAW HQ, but the lady has no clue.

Anybody else with this issue? Am I missing something? Do we actually not have the option of RAW HQ right now? But some people do?

Hi. We apologize for the inconvenience. Can you provide the firmware version of your app, aircraft, remote and camera? Can you also provide a screenshot showing that the option for Pro Res Raw HQ option disappeared?

App reinstalled and nothing changed. Need a solution today please! Shooting in Alaska tomorrow.

For me, toggling between the frame rates activated the ProRes Raw HQ (only should work at 24P). Maybe also try switching between PAL and NTSC just for the sake of experimenting?

Tried doing both of those but still no dice. I'm getting confirmation from other forums on Facebook that others have lost the ability to record RAW HQ as well.

The whole reason I got this system was to shoot the highest quality possible. DJI has got to work these issues out. It is a bad reflection of the PIC and the Camera Op on professional high end jobs. Its not acceptable that there are so many problems with firmware updates.

Arri, Sony, and other major manufacturers in this industry provide a lot more stable products in an industry that requires stability. Every minute on set costs hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

Its to the point now that I am hesitant to update any firmware from them unless it is mandatory to fly.

I already mentioned this above. 24p should be the only option; but I have zero options for RAW HQ.

Solution Found.
I am embarrassed to say this but I did not bother scrolling up to find the 23.976 option. In fact every time I went to HQ the top option appeared to be 24p.
