ahhh, it happens. I shouldn't have bought it in the first place. As a student, I shouldn't buy what I can't afford to lose.

Shots 15 and 16 look a little blurry or pixelated. Are they cropped photos? 15 is city with CN tower in center. 16 is the church. Otherwise great shots. Love your Niagra shot. Where did you fly from to capture it?

there are large fields on the Canadian site, 16 is a mosque, and I think 15 and 16 I didn't use a Micro SD card. Thanks btw.

yes I was, near St. Catherines. The cops also showed up with 3 cars and a cyclist, I got so scared, they thought I was going to cross the border or terrorize someone, yeah, good luck getting a 15 year old id to do that. Either way, I won't be flying anywhere in loooooooooong time.

Flying anywhere? Or anywhere near the falls? I'm looking at a map to find the best place from the US side to fly. There's a parking ramp that could give a nice vantage point but it's still 1.2 miles to the falls from there. So possible, but not probable. Still, a better view can be had from the Canadian side, but more restrictive on the flights on that side.

I didn't do it in the day because of the helicopter rides, so night is much, much safer. And flying at all for a few years...

The Mavic 2 Zoom would be great to use in situations like these.

Yes, but I am 16, so unless I end up robbing a bank (don't worry, I don't plan to), I can't afford the MP2. Plus my spark flyaway occurred so I won't be getting a drone in a really long time. Try looking for a near empty small field. I've to the US side and they have some very beautiful small parks. try taking off from one of those.

Sorry about your drone. Try picking up a new Spark at Black Friday sales. They should be cheap in a month and a half.

Plus, America gets better black friday deals on electronics and I spent more than I could afford on a spark, I could get 40% off, DJI 30% and 10% student discount, but it's still 200CAD. Ah yes, that is also one of my favourites. I could have taken a few panos but my brother corrupted my Micro SD and it just rins everything at that point. thanks for the feedback. It was fun while it lasted.

I don't believe they do but they do sell drones on their own rather than as bundles i.e. minus the controller etc and therefore cheaper and they also sell refub units even cheaper still (depending on where you live). If you don't want to buy another drone then you can always sell what you have left on somewhere like Ebay and cut your losses.

True, but I'm hoping DJI looks into my case and understands. they gave me a 30% off on the drone, plus 10% off for student, and another $20 off from credits and stuff. that is still about $200 CAD.
