I'm looking for instructions regarding the super resolution photo feature.  I've tried the camera modes that I would expect to allow me to perform this action and all results in no greater than 12 megapixel pictures.  All of the references that I've found seem to indicated that it is automatic but I'm not finding that to be true so I'm guessing that there is some setting that must be set.
Does anyone have information regarding the steps to take a super resolution photo with the Mavic 2 Zoom?

If it possible  for you you can do it, can you post  a DNG sample of a 48 mp Mega Pix photo please  ? Want to see the final quality
(on the link the RAW files is 12 mpix and the 48mpix is a JPG.)

I was told by DJI Forum Employees that the Super Res format would record individual images in JPG and DNG.  I just shot this AM and it does not record DNG.  Perhaps it will do separate DNG images in an update... but I doubt it because of all the processing it does...just not fast enough hardware.  This is a disappointment.  I bought it for the automation of gathering DNG images in rows and columns.  Perhaps 3rd party apps will.  My needs are more than a  9-10 JPGS 10 images stitch...I need a 9-10 DNG images stitch.

Please post a screenshot of your Photo options on your device.  The drone does not need to be flying to select the pano options, just to take the pictures.

I also can't get to the super res photos, it's not an option when I go to Pano. I also can't do the hyperflight mode because it says "coming soon". How do I get my drone to be fully functioning?

Check if you have the latest firmware.

I know I don't but when I try to update it it always gives me this error message. I've attached the screenshot.
