It's usually easier for people to check your flight data if you go to http://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/Upload/
Follow the instructions there to upload your flight record from your phone or tablet.
Come back and post a link to the report it gives you.

However, there's no mystery in your flight data and even in Airdata, the cause is obvious.
You launched from a magnetically dirty area (on top of steel or reinforced concrete.
That's something you should never do.
It's caused a combination of compass error/yaw errors which would have made the Phantom uncontrollable.

If you upload to the site listed above you'll see a lot more than Airdata shows.
