...I'm almost scared to open the box.

My P3A is sitting at a friend's house about 3 hours from where I live.  I'm going there Monday for a visit and to retrieve "my precious".  It's taking all of my willpower to refrain from bailing out of work and embarking on a road trip.

Gimbal guard was loose in the box when I opened it. Not the best start.

So was mine, as is most people's.  I'm just glad no damage occurred!

But i bet the secondary gimbal lock WAS in place.  Don't forget to remove that AND the plastic film from the front of the cam.
