GO4 indicating 1.00.0000 needs to be installed. Keep getting message update failed restart equipment and try again later, reason network disconnected.

Have good connection to drone, other apps accessing WIFI with no issues.  Aircraft reports firmware 00.06.000.  Anyone with any thoughts?

Hi there, thank you for reaching out and we're very sorry for the Inconvenience that you have faced. Regarding that, I would suggest giving a try to update the firmware using DJI Assistant 2 in your PC you can check this video tutorial on how to do it.

Maybe you should try again much later, sometimes these things happen to where you have to give it an hour or two for it to get going.

Yeah I'm having the same issue just after first unboxing and setting up the Mavic 2 Pro. Just emailed DJI support about it. Really frustrating.

Try to do it via DJI+Assistant+2+For+Mavic+2.0.0 on your laptop/computer. You can download the software in the service section. After installing and starting the program connect the M2 with USB C cable and proceed with update.

That did the trick for the M2    however, the RC part was a failure. When connecting the RC it immediately goes into charging mode.
