How do you think about best tablet device for P3P?

I use Iphone5s but It has week signal. So, I can not see the view clearly.

Please recommend me tablet device for P3P. ( except Ipad series )

What is "best" depends on what is most important to you. My Samsung Tab S 8.4 works great, but I wish the screen were brighter. It's hard to see in the sunlight.
