I had three but an accident caused my drone to take a swim in the river. The only thing that didn't survive was the battery that was in it and a propeller.

I just ordered my 3nd one.

Four and a Spark Hub charging station. I bought the Spark and an extra battery at first, then realized I needed more and purchased the hub with two batteries. Seemed excessive at first, but now I know it’s quite useful to have all this. I don’t get to fly all the time, but when I do, I can spend quality time capturing different angles, redoing shots a few times to get them just right, taking sphere panos, etc. I can also return home and swap batteries at 30% rather than pushing my luck. Having plenty of juice on hand eliminates anxiety of not being able to fly when there are good shots to be had.

I have 2, but thinking of buying a third one. Just got the Spark en still trying settings out, so not completely sure I need a third one...

There were initial defect with spark batteries. Latches weren't protruding far enough and when battery would expended midflight it was ejected causing a crash. Newer batteries has longer latches and staying snugly in place. So I got one original battery and 3 updated.

3 batteries + the DJI Portable charging station = ~75 mins of flight time

I currently have 4 but I will be adding more.  Most flying I do is when I'm hiking and the more I have fully charged the better.

Thanks to the Target sale I now how 5!

3.....  Find that's plenty..  But can recharge on the go with a Power Bank if I need to.

I use my spark for chasing salmon now.. when I go fishing prob use 4 batteries each time

I had 4 batteries when I had mine.

I have 3 batts now but will buy a fourth & (PolarPro filters);then  no more acquisitions for my DJI Spark.

This make life So easy

I have 3 batteries for my dji spark, that is enough for me.  
1 is not enough because the flight time is only 15 minutes per battery.

Three but with my smatree charger, I can get another 7 charges on the go... Lasts for hours and only takes 40 minutes to charge a battery.

i only have 2 because it came with the fly more combo but it would be nice if i had a 3rd but im saving for a new galaxy phone or a new drone that dji might release in late 2019 or early 2020

Just got my 5th battery.  I believe that is the Golden Number.  

I have 3 batteries that I've used since January 2018 and I'm thinking about purchasing the Spark Portable Charger that DJI sells on their site that for $139 includes 2 batteries. What do you think about flying with Spark batteries used since January 2018?

2 here, and I usually kill them both when flying. Id buy another but will probably upgrade to a Mavic this year.

Since I'm the proud owner of the DJI Spark Portable Charging Station, I own 3 batteries.

I have 5 in total. 2 of them are FN marked. Came with the Fly more combo package used on eBay. I am super impressed with the spark having flown a friend's Mavic but can't justify the £££ on it to be honest. The FN batteries I hope are DJI refurbished ones. Boxes look authentic enough but is there a way to check / register them?

3 is the most popular amount of batteries for the dji spark and the mavic pro.

I'm wondering if my 4 original batteries I purchased back in January 2018 when I first got my Spark are still advisable to fly with given they've been used more than 100 times each and have lost more than 3 minutes of flight time?

Check the "belly", befor after flying/charging.
And how the time during flights is going down.
As long the calculation is ok and the batts not looking pregnant, ....

I have 2. And the 3rd is on the way!

I have 4, but they are terrible at holding their charge. If I charge them and then not use them for say a week, when I check them they only show 2 solid lights and the 3rd flashing.

Did have 3 but one fell out while flying. Got a battery holder now so it can't happen again

I bought 4 extra batteries so that makes 5. I have a smatree portable charger too. Dont know about other people but I like to have atleast 10 batteries when flying because I fly for long period of time int he day. Its a habit coming from FPV racing.
