Hi everyone!

I must say I'm very surprised by the brightness of the LED lights on the new Mavic 2. Upon take-off and landing the LED lights are automatically enabled. Which is a huge benefit for the downwards vision positioning system. The LED lights could also be manually enabled. I almost felt as if I was standing in a stadium with floodlights

The LED lights could also have a more practical use as a spotlight or even in search and rescue operations.

Wow they are bright not tried my M2 yet but will charge and charge a battery tonight

This one was one of most impressive things. I was hovering down for lending and it is turned on lights. Like real airplane going on landing. Super cool =))

Where is the option to turn on the LED? I couldn't find it. Can you add it to the 5d button?

You can enable it with C1 or C2. You can also turn it on manually in the Collision Avoidance Settings.

Are the LED lights included only on the M2 Pro or are they also on the M2 Zoom?

I love these lights. It makes it so much easier to see the M2 against grey cloud, which is common here. Did not know we could program it to C1/C2 buttons though, great idea.

The first time I landed at night I felt as if a police helicopter had come to have a look . Very impressed with them, both for practical purposes and for sheer visual impact

DJI please add led control to the 5d button

Definitely a cool feature. I can think of some great ways to use these creatively .

Im just waiting for a fw update to make them act as strobe lights as well.

That is very cool.  Have not had the time to try mine at night

Be aware if you add the landing LEDs to your C1/C2 the switch cycles through the three possible settings, On, Off, & Auto.  A brief pop up appears onscreen indicating which state they are in.

Have you done this with the SC? I could get it to only control the  red leds. I know , kinda of late to post. lol

I'd also be interested, especially with led and blue led lights.
