Can you please provide a  sample photos of your battery where we can see the symbol "FN" and the serial number? Just to make sure, I will need to double check on it. You can also provide the link where you purchase it. Thanks!

Honestly, you should just buy it on DJI website. It's so much easier and cheaper to buy on the website. Anyway, just keep in contact with DJI support
