My drone was hovering up and down when I tried to have it taken off every time. I found many people have experienced the same issue (see https://forum.dji.com/thread-114192-1-1.html and the video below) but couldn't find a solution.
Such an issue has resulted in many times of drone crash/collisions while I tried to see what's wrong. I don't haveDJI care now and I bet the repairing fee can be much higher than buying a well-functioned used Spark. Any thoughts or suggestions?
Hi there, sorry for all the trouble. May I know when did you purchase the drone? I would recommend you to contact our support team to start up a case: https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav You can provide you case number here in case you need further assistance. Thanks for your support.

I purchased my drone on December 7, 2017 through B&H. Okay. I will post my case number when it is available. Thanks!

the infamous take off issue with the spark.
many owners experiencing this problem and yet no appropriate solution provided by dji.
Yes, I also found several other users had experienced this issue. Really hope DJI will give me another chance to look from the sky.
Hi, I received the reply from DJI repair for my case (Case No: CAS-2356912-M6L5P3). It turns out they are going to charge about $300 as they didn't realize the physical damages were due to the uncontrolled hovering issues. Would you have a way to contact the repairing team regarding this issue? It looks it was not just me suffering from this wired thing. Thanks!
