Where can I find the serial number?
When I go into the About section in the DJI Go 4 App I see SN's for the camera and the controller, but not the aircraft.

By the way, I'm looking for the Serial number on the Mavic 2 Pro.

The serial number is inside the battery compartment on the bottom, right.

FYI, if you're flying as a hobbyist (and never commercially), you should register under Section 336 on the FAA's website here. The aircraft serial number is only needed if registering under Part 107.

To add to what msinger already (correctly) said, it's to the right of the QR code and is split across two lines (at least on mine). It's also printed as a single line on the Mavic's box.

Thanks, that's the detail I was looking for.  Interesting they don't call it out as Serial #.

Yeah, they don't make it very obvious. When I saw it and thought it might be the serial number, I compared it to what was on the box it came in to be sure.

hi msinger, do you know what kind of registration do i need to have when i have temp residency in france ?
i just my a drone mavric 2 pro , its for hobbie pourpose only .

Go4.....tap the 3 dots upper right corner
Then tap th 3 dots at the bottom middle
Go to ABOUT

It's in there.....

I write you to lock my DJI Mavic 2 Pro, because I lost it when it was flying by waypoints in Cyprus, Limassol.  It was happened without connection with remote control so there is no any info in “Find My Drone” in DJI GO 4 App. It was 18/12/2021.

I purchased a used Phantom 3 Pro. I am trying to register it with FAA but the top half of the serial number label is faded. How can I recover the entire serial number?

It's also printed on the back of the front right leg (as viewed from behind).
