hello! since a week or two my mavic air loses connection after almost 200 meters. usually it flies at least 2km so what could be the issue here? Thank you!

You should provide more information.

CE or FCC? 2.4 GHz oder 5.8 GHz? What surroundings? Same place as weeks before? Did you update the App to the newest version? (Newest update seems unstable and unreliable)

Had similar issues with the latest update, went back to an older version problem solved hopefully it's as simple for you as well.

I recommend do the downgrade to the previous version on which you were achieving 2km.

Sorry for the trouble. Did the issue started after firmware upgrade? May I know what is your current firmware version? Did you receive an error message on the APP? If yes, kindly provide a screenshot of the error message. Are you flying near in a restricted area like airport or military base?
