Does anyone know if the led lights are FAA compliant for FAA Part 107  twilight requirements?

They are definitely not compliant since you cannot see them from all directions. For example, when the front of the Mavic is tilted down while it's flying toward you, the lights are not visible.

STROBON Cree LED strobe lights are one option that is compliant. They can be seen from at least 3 miles away at night.
