It seems i too have a problem uodating my mavic2 zoom, using a samsung a5 and tried assistant  but still getting the no connection  error on the phone and just hangs at 99% on assistant  .(,tried uninstalling both and same each time ... no virus software running at the time

Hi. I do apologize for the inconvenience caused. Can you please try to use different PC or laptop? Please try to run DJI Assistant 2 again and update the firmware of your Mavic 2 Zoom. Let's see if this will work. Thank you.

Did you download the NEW DJI Asst  for the Mavic 2  ?

sorted,  tried it with another laptop and updated no problem
