Just recived my Phantom 3 Pro, charged main battery then when tried to charge the controller i did not get the charging led indicator (moving led from left to right). Led's light up promptly then off. Had it connected overnight, still did not charge. I posted a short video on youtube showing the problem:



Hope anybody/support can help. Hate to have to return it and wait for new one to be available.                                               

Does the charger charge the battery ok?  If it does, then the problem is obviously with the controller I would dare say.  Are you able to turn the controller on at all?  If so can you run it flat and then try charging it?

you have to push the RC plug in quite hard to get it to connect

Yes, main battery charges fine

As seen from the video, the controller acknowledges the presence of the power cable by lighting the LEDs for few seconds, then it goes off.
