Yes , sometimes they ask you to send RC, in your case no need, hope you get it back soon.

Thanks , me, too, I got the new Mavic 2 Pro and it was defective out of the box, so I have 2 in transit . Needless to say I am a very nervous Mavic owner

It does happen but not often, stick around here if there’s anything you not sure of and need to know.

Hi Michael, I've checked your case number, there is no need to send the RC in if it works well. As for the Mavic 2 Pro issue, may I have more details of the troubles? I've checked in the system, but do not find any case related with Mavic 2, could you double check and confirm? Thanks so much!
