Hey everyone. I ordered my Mavic 2 Pro on Monday this week (27th) and when ordering it said delivery time estimated 3 - 5 days. As soon as I ordered it was dispatched and next day Tuesday I got the tracking info. I have been tracking the DHL shipment and since Tuesday all it has said is - Departed Facility in SHENZHEN - CHINA, PEOPLES REPUBLIC and it's not updated since then? Any cause for concern or is this normal? Cheers.

Order Mavic Pro 2 on launch day and it arrived Tuesday, 6 days later. Zoom ordered from U.K. dealer on Wednesday will be delivered tomorrow.

Your DHL Status won’t change until it arrives at the DHL hub at East Midlands and has been scanned in to the U.K.

Completely normal.

DJI ship them in a bulk container under a seperate waybill number.

Tracking won't start again until it is processes at East Midlands.

I ordered on 23rd, left DJI on 27th.no Tracking until early hours of today 31st and arrived with me at lunchtime.

If you contact DHL and tell them it's a bulk shipment they will help you track it.

Even calling the automated line, option 2 for tracking gives more info. I think the bulk waybill must be linked on that system.

You should sign up to grey arrows UK drone club, few people were talking about tracking there.

I ordered and paid for mine on the 23rd, it shipped on the 28th and I'm guessing it is in the same place as yours.

Apparently DJI did not ship them individually but in Bulk (about a 100 drones in one package).. they arrived at East Midlands on the 30th and needed to be split (which I don't think they have been yet) and after much phoning I finally found out today that they are stuck in customs waiting "more info" from DJI.

DHL have no idea when they will be delivered but took a guess and said Wednesday 5th at latest... maybe....

Do not order from DJI directly they ship with great delays from China...try a local seller instead it will save you time and frustration
