Except Video recording

Starting with the button it counts 00000 and stops again immediately
Review: a grey picture,
Nothing....
What is wrong?
My mobile: apple 8 plus updated

I see. Do you have a sample footage showing the problem?

Maybe you can help me.  I cannot for the life if me figure out the simple action of mounting my phone, a Note 8, to the osmo.  No matter how I adjust it's position, it either hangs from it or interferes with the rotation by hitting the device itself.  Any guidance you can provide would be appreciated as the directions aren't helping.   Felling stupid...
