Hi guys, I get an import error whenever I try to import the H265 DLog-M files. I've tried uninstalling Premiere but no luck. Anyone had similar issues?

Hi there. Sorry for the trouble. Have you tried to import your files using an SD Card to your computer? Can you please try it. Thanks.

It just prompted me that it needed to download a codec.  It did and then it worked.

You mean it said that Premiere needs to download it and that you click OK to download?

I did that but no luck

How else would I import it?

I'm having an import error with Premiere, nothing related to Mavic 2

Yeah, that same thing doesn't work for me. I've tried Premiere 11, 12.0 and the latest 12.1.2.

Running windows 10 LTSB.

Would you mind uploading .dll files for HEVC? So that I can copy/paste them in my Premiere directoy. It might work. I don't know the exact location (as I don't have it), but it should be in Program Files > Adobe > Premiere. I know for certain that they're in a folder called "1.0", but don't know where exactly. Would you mind checking it?

I don't have the 1.0 folder there and no DLLs look HEVC related.

Have you tried here:-
https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2440355

Specifically deleting the plugin cache and looking to see if the install .dat file is there?
