First time purchase of a drone.
I have the Mavic 2 Pro & Goggles RE.

I updated all firmware across all devices.

I cannot get it into smooth mode, only HD or I think its called standard, both are 30P.

Can anyone assist, does it not work with the Mavix 2 Pro? or how do I go about getting it ot work correctly with it?

Hi. We apologize for the inconvenience. Did you try refresh the firmware of the goggles RE using DJI Assistant 2?

yea, dji told me that smooth mode does not work with the Mavic 2 pro. I asked them, then why do you sell it as package deal with something if it won't work with it. Never got an answer
